Goodman has countered the accusations by citing an employee report alleging the plaintiffs came into the store loud and boisterous ... flirting with employees, giggling at employees and laughing at employees. The more hate they can create, the closer it gets them to that hate crimes legislation they want so badly.
Now that they have managed to create hate at Toys R Us, they can add that to the list of hate crimes used against them, even though they may have started it!
They cry they are the "victims!"
The employees may have been the victims of their self-centered agenda!

To Donna Shaleleigh and Robert Rash it is lifesize.
To: gd124
That thing isn't strictly what I would call lifesize. I was thinking of a Barbie doll the size of an actual woman. Well, it is "life size" to a little girl who'd be interested in having such a thing.
If someone wants a "life size" adult female doll, you go to a different sort of store for that. :-)

I've never heard of Tom James. Is he a designer?

I can say from working in retail through school that employee rudeness is usually equaled by customer rudeness. You must've had really nice customers.

Isn't there a law stating that you don't have to pay for something you didn't order?

How much are their suits?

That's about what I paid for my suit. I have gotten some great sportcoats for a steal, though!

I guess that it is still legal to laugh at geeks and nerds, just not freaks who impose their sexual habits on the rest of the world. Those will poor social skills take note, you are
not a protected class.
I'm reminded of a man on the street interview in the Monkees' movie "Head". Some angry old man tells the man with the microphone, "If somebody on the street comes up and giggles at you, that's a violation of your civil rights!"

These transexuals may be wierd, but they are still human beings They have made a conscious choice to behave like freaks. It should come as no surprise that society treats them like ... freaks! Unlike aberrations of nature, this is a decision they made THEMSELVES; it was not thrust upon them. And, unlike the unfortunate victims of circumstance, they deserve our derision.

Hey, it's parsy of the 'uncrackable' code! :) When are you going to try to stump us again? That was a pretty entertaining thread.

These "ladies" are wasting their time. Toys R Us has the most aggressive attorney representation that I've ever seen; and that's just over copyright infringement for using the "R Us" in your business name. It will be thrown out of court because HOW WILL THEY PROVE DAMAGES? They can't typical frivolous lawsuit.

You must never have seen "Glen or Glenda." Since seeing that movie I have become more sensitive to the needs of the gender-confused and those with Angora fetishes. parsy the gentle.
