Well, if they were well-dressed trassexuals, the employees probably wouldn't have laughed so hard.
These employees are probably teenagers, making barely above minimum wage, who really don't care anyway.
I went through most of highschool and some of college working at Old Navy part-time, we wore headsets, which were basically used for stuff like this...talking about customers, giggling, telling jokes.

She said she has undergone hormonal therapy, gotten breast implants and married a soft drink delivery man. You're SURE this isn't from The Onion?

I know it's not nice to put people down for looking or acting different, but these people asked for it.

made me feel like I was garbage, McGrath, 28, told a jury But ... but ... you ARE garbage! What's the problem???!!!

You've got to be friggin kidding me! These guys should except the consequences that come with the alternative lifestyle they choose to live. Looks like another shake down to me.

"...The experience made me feel like I was garbage, McGrath, 28, told a jury in Brooklyn federal court..." Don't be in a hurry to discount this 'feeling', cupcake.

Do life size Barbie dolls really exist, and can you really buy them at Toys R Us?

Yes, and no. Check out www.realdoll.com if you want to see where the current "state of the art" is.

Knowing that would be too much information. WAY too much information.

If everyone, who was treated rudely by a teen/early 20s clerk, filed a lawsuit.....

Actually, those pics aren't bad compared to the trans we have working for our agency. She makes Janet Reno look like a viable sexual option. Hope she saved the receipt...
To: gd124
That first picture looks like Barbra Streisand.
To: gd124
,,, they were clearly in the wrong sort of toy store.

Darn, you are a harsh person IJ! I remember one night at a bar with some friends and there was this real androgenous looking female soloist. One of my female friends was drunk and trash mouthing her real bad. But the rest of our group felt sorry for "Pat" and tipped the heck out of her.
These transexuals may be wierd, but they are still human beings and shouldn't be teased. parsy.

"I'll give you your can of Pepsi back when you tell me the real story about that wife of yours. There's somethin' about that woman that just ain't right"
To: gd124
Wearing heels, a short skirt and her blond hair in a bun, McGrath told the jury that she considers herself a woman. She said she has undergone hormonal therapy, gotten breast implants and married a soft drink delivery man. Note to Gus, the soft drink delivery man: Things go better with an innie, not an outie.

I can say from working in retail through school that employee rudeness is usually equaled by customer rudeness.
I cannot begin to count how many times I had been yelled at by a customer for not having a certain size jean or shirt in stock.
