I had A&E on this evening as I was fixing dinner. And all of a sudden 'The View' was on. I normally don't watch the show, but couldn't get right to the TV to change the station. Anyway, Jennifer Lopez was a guest, and she came out wearing....culottes!!! They made her look dumpy. I hope culottes aren't the next big fashion statement.

I know this borders on heresy in these parts, but I'm rather not a fan of the British monarchy. LKL is doing a piece on a new book out by one of what I call the "3 human Corgis" - the usual suspects King rounds up from the British press, who consistently sing the praises of the Queen, intentionally get a good lick in on Diana, and whose noses are firmly applied to the monarchy's behind - aka, Robert Lacey, Hugo Vickers & Harold Brooks Baker. And of course, we get Kitty Kelly for the American view of the brits' nonsense. Kitty just made the most intelligent comment - that even with the Royals' flaws, the british public has still bought in to the Fairy Tale. That's how I look at it too.

Personally, I think the Brits are being taken for a very expensive ride. If I want a fairy tale, I'll go see Star Wars - it's a cheaper ticket, by far.

sign me,

FREE SCOTLAND!

Yuck, found it, unfortunately!

May 28, 2002 -- Cher's pal made Chastity gay
CHASTITY Bono became gay when her absentee mom Cher left her in the care of an older lesbian, her new memoir claims. In "The End of Innocence" (Advocate Books), Bono recounts how she was seduced by Joan, a gay friend of Cher she first met at age 11.

"My mom wasn't always around, since she was working, so Joan sort of filled in that gap," Bono writes. "[I] focused on the fact that I wasn't getting enough attention, and I often felt lonely or abandoned. When I spent time with Joan, I felt like the center of attention . . . There had always been a subtle sexual charge between us."

Here's a link to the rest of the story, it's a whopper. Do Not go there unless you have an extremely strong stomach!!!!

Good night, sleep tight!

How about some good news from a president's relative? Just goes to show the stark difference in work ethic between President Bush and the useless ones...

NYPost
George P. Bush, son of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, missed the speech his uncle, President Bush, gave in Miami because he was at the University of Texas finishing his second year in law school, getting ready to summer-intern at White & Case.

Aaahhhhhhhhhh! :-)

Jennifer Lopez's outfits are always hit or miss. Let's hope that Coulottes are not coming back into style, or knickers for that fact. I can't believe that there are photos of me as a kid in my favorite knickers and clogs. What was I thinking?

In my 20 years of social work/mental health/ and substance abuse counselor, I have seen and heard just about everything you can imagine. I've been shot at, grabbed by yhe hair, by and inmate in a jail, (no kidding) and all kinds of other stuff. In EVERY! case where I have had to counsel or deal with a gay person. There has been sexual molestaion by an adult when this person was a child. What Chasity is saying does not surprise me. I have know 1 person, who at age 3 was dressing in his sister's dresses. ONE person. Every one else was molested, and very angry at their mothers or fathers, which ever the case may be. Of course that is just my observations. Just thought you might find that interesting. Why do you think I gringe at the thought of gay adoptions?

I don't like Jay-Lo. There is just something about her that rubs me the wrong way. I don't know? Maybe, being a hispanic woman myself..............I don't know? She strikes me as someone who is defient, and a badly misbehaved woman, LOL,LOL. I don't trust her. I guess ever since she hooked up with the gangster guy and shot up a night club, LOL. AWWW, no, that's not what we do. Oh yeah, I don't like the way she looks in any of her clothes. She has terrible taste, IMHO. Remember that green dress with that low cut front? What was up with that?

That is my hypothesis about gay people Teacup. Every single gay and lesbian I have known were sexually molested as children (same sex.) Very sad.

First lady Laura Bush, left, is shown with Kinky Friedman, right, before a luncheon on Wednesday, May 29, 2002, in Austin, Texas. The fundraiser was for Friedman's Utopia Animal Rescue Ranch, which has adopted and placed almost 500 stray and abused animals.

Laura is pretty in Green.
