Are you serious...."You ain't seen nothing yet"? Those libs...they just crack me up.
Lib-Think:
If I can just come up with
the cleverest line (Everything that should be UP is DOWN...),
the coolest theme song,
facial hair to get a silly "when will he?" guessing game going in the gossip columns,
suddenly embrace everything I spent my last campaign avoiding,
and the biggest grab for victim status the world has ever seen (FloriDuh)...
THEN the people will love me!
I left out the most hateful campaign manager in history simply because he hasn't re-hired her yet. Not to mention, too, wouldn't you think the wife would go on a crash diet in such circumstances?!

On your screen, does the word "diet" have a funny gold line under it? What's up with that?

My goodness Teacup, you look like Julia Louis-Dryfus! That's who I thought it was until I saw your caption.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
Who's Julia Louis-Dryfus? LOL,LOL, Gee I hope she's cute. HA! Thanks HLL, you're sweet. Sorry about the mis- spelled words. I need glasses badly. I went to go buy some last week and found out I have insurence for glasses too. Here's the catch. I won't be eligible to use my discount until May 1st. So everyone bare with me, LOL.
We ate alot and G'nad and hubby provided the home brewed beer. The kids played in the woods, and watch Alice in Wonderland. As you can see, it was over cast and we did have some sprinkles, but nothing to spoil out little get get together.

Good morning! It is a beautiful sunny day here in Chicago! I am taking care of Retrokat, he had hernia surgery on Friday afternoon. The pain is starting to lessen, but he still is walking like a little old man and probably will be for a while.
I just saw this story about Chelsea the party girl and Barbara Bush (the daughter not the mom!). Anyone else see a little bias in this story or is it just me? Link

I'm telling you! Every time I've met Freepers, I have never been disappointed. Each and every time, all the Freepers I have met have been kind, nice, and courteous.

Just your normal everyday mainstream bias. ;-)
Thanks for the link.

No, it's not just you. There's always bias when I see stories about Chelsea as compared to the Bush twins. Here's another story from a few days ago, praising chels to the high heavens. Of course, it's a SF paper though.
SF Examiner story (April 11)
< snip > Everyone dressed casually, but that's all relative -- stunning Chelsea wore black pants and a black off-the-shoulder top with conservative makeup. Her hair was up in a bun. Ian's look was described as "a pseudo-professor/intellectual thing," with a corduroy-type shirt left untucked. With his curls he "looks really adorable....
Chelsea and Ian looked "very smitten." "They were digging each other's action," said manager Lisa Giglio. But although there was some hand-holding, there was nothing inappropriate like the tongue-hockey sessions in Oxford restaurants. The comfortable couples engaged in conversation, keeping to themselves. Of the wait staff, they weren't demanding and were "absolutely polite" to all. < snip >

retro, there is no way Barbara Bush goes out without SS agents; that would have never happened. The story is bogu, IMO.

Looks like all is not well between chels and her galpals Madonna and Gwynnie. Just a mere mention in this otherwise fawning story, more of what we have to look forward to forever, I suppose. (Forgive me if this is old news to everyone but me, but I just found the story!)
story from Oregonian 4/4/02
In the hard-to-impress fashion world, Clinton has actually fared quite well, in spite of a rumor that after the Versace show she was all but ignored by her erstwhile seatmates Paltrow and Madonna.

Those photos are tremendous! What a day-brightener!

It was news to me as well! How can so much be written about somebody who is so empty?

From your article Texasbluebell
And while she (Chelsea)does not appear to have acquired a celebrity-style posse of sycophants and hangers-on, she has something even better: a pair of Secret Service bodyguards and a boyfriend from whom she appears inseparable.
She STILL has SS Menn? Who's paying?
