Rather than memorialize it by giving it a name lets just ignore it and skip straight from the Reagan/bush years to the Bush years.
I don't even include those years in the list of presidents. The list ends Reagan, Bush, Bush.
clintons legacy is irrelevance. Lets keep it that way.
