Chances are they don't speak English as a first language either and they were not born here in America. I hate the fast food industry. These businesses turn to "cheap" labor in order to accommodate ratios for hiring, etc, etc, etc. Then they teach their employees faster is good customer service. Whatever happened to speaking clearly, smiling, knowing how to count change,.....?
