I thought it was cute (and thought provoking on a day like today) that my "Verse-a-Day" desk calendar shows Proverbs 26:4 as today's verse.

"Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him." :)

Sounds like a clear understanding of "according to his folly" is the key as to how one should reply. I'm headed for my dictionary right now!
