I'm here, just doing school with Matthew. We went to the store this morning, (won't say which store, for fear of some caustic remark) and looked at egg poachers. My egg poacher sticks the eggs to it, no matter how I slather 'em with grease! Then Matt talked me in to a couple of packets of SW trading cards. He has the whole set of almost 100 LOTR cards, but I've allowed him 14 of the SW ones.

Anyway, I didn't find a good non-stick egg poacher. Any suggestions?

You can say the store. My wife works for Wal-Mart.

Am I right?

Fix them over-easy?

I recently bought a plastic egg poacher for use in the microwave. It opens on a platic hinge, you crack the eggs into the two depressions, and add a teaspoon of water to each one. Then you close it up, and microwave at 60% for about 110 seconds. You can slide the eggs out with a spoon, needs a few seconds to rinse out the poacher. I bought it at the supermarket, Winn-Dixie, I think.
