Worried in what way about Gondor and Rohan?
What more is he supposed to say for them?
and how exactly is he more worried about Rivendell than anyone else?

All his dialogue is about Rivendell. All his talk is about what would happen if Rivendell fell. Wouldn't it be worse for ME as a whole if Gondor and Rohan fell? "Rivendell cannot withstand both Mordor and Isengard." Well what makes him think that Gondor and Rohan can? They're on the front lines already fighting the battle while he's in the rear whining about what will happen to Rivendell when all the Elves are leaving it anyway.

He ought to be more worried about Gondor and Rohan. If the Enemy is stopped there then his precious Rivendell would be safe.

The discussion was not about an attack on Rohan or Gondor, but on Rivendell. The RING was in Rivendell... Saruman was preparing an army to come for the RING...

Hmm, well, if Elves are immortal and Men live, usually, less than a hundred years, then how many cut-short human lives match up to a single murdered Elf? Especially since Men have a nice mysterious-but-generally-good afterlife, whereas the Elves are "bound up in this world". They may get reincarnated but nobody knows what happens to Elves when the world ends. (After Dagor Dagorlad, that is, since they obviously get to fight then, them and all the noble humans, against a returned Morgoth and his hordes of evil.)
