You do need more RAM... but you have to know what you're doing to install that.

Shoot! The hard part is selecting the right memory module...all you have to do is pop it in the slot. (Paying attention to what you're doing helps!)

Yeah, well, it can be confusing if you've never done it before. Like I said I've personally seen at least 20 memory installs go very wrong - and only about half of them were from SBS problems sheer bloody stupidity, that is....
