And on the bright side for me, I got in about 2000 words during lulls in the cooking, eating, and talking. Only have 3500 to go! At least for NaNoWriMo, that is...I think it may take a couple extra thousand to finish the story, though I'm pretty close.

Oh, Rosie, I'm pleased to hear that! I think I will finish my story next week, it's mostly done but, well, the ending is tough.
