Our job isn't to win; it's to get to Mt. Doom, whatever the cost. All we can do is what we are called to do. Or maybe we're not the Ringbearer - maybe we're the Riders of Rohan at Helm's Deep, or the Dwarves of the Lonely Mountain... We don't really know until the end, so we have to try our best along the way.
