I know...it was wrong. I feel so 'shamed now. I'll climb back up there on the wagon and behave again (at least until the quadruple precious rolls around)...

As for Earl Grey, I have trouble finding it in decaf. But it's one of my favorites. Twinings is THE proper brand for that!I bought mine at Trader Joes, a neat store that does a lot of organic, veggie, and natural products. They're not a strictly vegetarian store, they sell meat, fish, eggs, etc., but thier prices are great! If you're ever going to be coming to MA, look on their website. There are several stores in the state. Surprisingly, there are none in VT or NH that I could find. They sell their own brand of teas and the decaf Earl Grey is one. I don't like hot tea if it the regular or decaf Lipton, Salada, Luzianne, etc. I like the fruity flavors, and Celestial Seasonings has lots of those. I decided to try the Earl Grey because the box mentioned citrus flavor which I LOVE!

Good night to both of you.

OK, one more post, and then I REALLY need to get to bed!
If you like fruity flavors AND you like Earl Grey...have you ever had Lady Grey? Methinks you'd really like it. It's kind of like Earl Grey light - still has the bergamot, but also has kinda lemoney-orangey flavors in it. I like it a LOT.

Anybody ever wonder what happens here about 4 months after RoTK is released? Will we eventually lose contact with each other? You're making the assumption that we're all still here at the time RoTK is released.

Well, after all this talk about steak and chamomile tea...I went to Albertsons and BOUGHT a steak and a box of Celestial Seasons Chamomile tea. Came home and at 10pm my dear sweet (and might I add indulgent) husband broiled the steak for me! I had a medium rare (emphasis on the rare) sirloin steak. It was delicious. My Dr. told me I needed to be eating red meat and I told him mostly I just eat hamburger and chicken. But since he took me off the iron, I have thought I should eat a steak now and then.
I also am on my second cup of tea...when should the calming effects start kicking in? ;-) Just kidding, it does seem to relax me a bit!
