H2s is deadly,it can kill real quick,sometimes kids just don't know what can kill them.

H2S + H2O = H2SO4

breath enough of it and it "makes" H2SO4 inside your body and can be fatal

I would guess that the kids want it to stink things up

WRONG

SO3 + H2O = H2SO4

The sulfur in hydrogen sulfide has a valence of -2, while the sulfur in sulfur trioxide or in sulfuric acid has a valence of +6. You should have learned that in Chemistry 100.

H2S can also be made by the hydrolysis of ferrous sulfide.

I was a Bad Kid. Got it into the potted plants in the administrative offices.

Someone watered the plants, and ....

I visited Ground Zero some hours later. The office staff was too well-bred to react...They suffered in the stench, making accusatory sidelong glances at each other.
