Silpat is terrific product but very expensive (about $20 a sheet). William-Sonoma sells it and a similar less expensive product that I use all the time. I don't have its name but it's usually displayed near Silpat.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the Silpat in the King Arthur catalog: $34.95 for 16-1/2" x 24-1/2". Yikes.
