A onetime West Point cadet who admitted in federal court to surreptitiously ending his girlfriend's pregnancy is now facing a civil lawsuit over the 2022 episode, Fox News reports. The woman, identified only as Jane Doe, filed suit against Caleb T. Suh in New York state supreme court on Oct. 28, accusing him of assault and battery and seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Suh was charged and pleaded guilty in the case in June; it's not clear what, if any, disciplinary action he may have faced at West Point. Doe did report the incident to West Point's Army Criminal Investigation Division, People reports.
Doe says Suh pressured her to abort in early 2022, when both were cadets at West Point, then pretended to accept her decision to continue the pregnancy while secretly obtaining abortion pills and Xanax using an online pharmacy account created in her name. He later admitted giving her a spiked "pregnancy protein shake," after which she became gravely ill and miscarried. Suh has since graduated from Cornell, to which he transferred during the 2023-24 school year, and then started grad school at Columbia after pleading guilty to assault in the case, the AP reports. His federal sentencing is scheduled for January 2027. Columbia says it learned of his case only recently.

If true (and yes, he certainly deserves his day in court) this is MURDER.
But let’s consider our recent elections : we must be honest that about HALF of our electorate supports a political party that agrees to MURDERING UNBORN CHILDREN.
And we wonder WHY our nation is suffering...
Who was that dude in mythology that was sentenced to push a boulder up a mountain only to have it roll back down over and over?

This story points out that it was a mistake to accept women to our military academies.
If a young woman is going to be impregnated the odds are improved by being in close proximity to hundred of young, handsome, intelligent and physically fit young men.
The woman was also a West Point cadet.
if this young man did not want kids he could have used a rubber. problem solved.
And he has the same argument that she claims she has when she says "my body, my right" despite it being the child's body: "I didn't give the drug to her; I gave it to my child."
If not charged with murder 1, this is all virtue signaling.
Or, more to the point, kept it in his pants. Nobody ever died from not having unmarried sex.
yeah but realistically everyone wants the sex. It’s gonna happen so they might as well be prepared. these are not teenagers.
You have a lower view of humanity than I do. We are not mindless beasts. People can and do control their primal urges. "Gonna happen" is a cop out for those without self control or morals.
