Three people -- all accused of murders -- are scheduled to be executed in Indiana, Florida and Alabama.

Indiana executed a man who admitted he killed his girlfriend's two children, the first of three executions scheduled across the U.S. on Thursday.

Jeffrey Weisheit set fire to his girlfriend's house near Evansville, Indiana, in 2010, killing her two children, ages 8 and 5, CBS News reported.

Florida and Alabama also have executions scheduled on Thursday.

In Florida, Jess Guardado pleaded guilty to fatally stabbing a 75-year-old woman, who had helped him get a job and housing, inside her Walton County home in 2004. He stole a jewelry box and other valuables to support his drug habit.

Guardado's execution will be the state's 19th execution this year, matching a record Florida set in 2025.

Alabama is set to execute Michael Taylor, 54, who was convicted of beating to death an older couple with a metal bar during a robbery in their Gadsden home 35 years ago.

It will be Alabama's third execution this year.

Thanks for sharing the good news that we don’t have to worry about these murderers becoming repeat offenders any longer.

A lot of these recently elected DSA nuts want to defund the police and close down all the jails and prisons:

“The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) explicitly includes language calling to defund and eventually abolish police and prisons.”

So I assumed their overall plan is to set such killers free.

If you execute all the criminals immediately they won’t need prisons and very few cops......that’s how they think.....Castro emptied his prisons in the Mariel Boatlift during the Carter Administration.........
