A shirtless man in Chicago charged a firefighter in the middle of an active emergency.
A female officer was right there with a taser and didn’t stop him first.
The firefighter didn’t flinch. He swung his Halligan tool and dropped him with one hit.
Police moved in and restrained the man while witnesses watched.
