The Miracle Mets were indeed a fantastic story
He could bring it.
Legend... RIP, LGM
RIP Koos...
Just another sling in what’s been a disastrous year for the orange and blue
Terrific pitcher. He was one of the big-name players when I first got interested in MLB as a child.
He was good, but not as good as Tom Seaver and Jon Matlack in what was once a solid rotation. For some reason they traded away Seaver for Steve Henderson and some day old bread. I don’t even remember who they traded Matlack for, maybe Willie “Hot Dog” Montanez?
