There is not a jury in DC that will ever convict a Democrat or acquit a Republican. The DC judiciary and jury pool are broken beyond repair.
Which is my concern. With a situation like this, where DC is the place that place that any Federal politician or FedGov worker would be prosecuted, how could any corruption ever be addressed? Having DC as it is, any and all corruption will be allowed to continue and and any honest politician will be persecuted. It’s unsustainable.

It’s been shown that the locals there are being taught EXACTLY how to behave if on a jury (or grand jury).
But here’s the question, if DC is the capital of the entire US, then shouldn’t juries be picked from the entire country.
