No criminal charges for Dr. Aryan Toosi, who ignored a patient's pulse and breathing, falsely declared him dead, and placed him in a freezing morgue, where he suffered severe, permanent brain damage.

When a guy is breathing and has a pulse it seems pretty careless to decide that he is dead, but I’m not a doctor.
Wow – – this poor child was neglected twice!
How does an 18 month kid accidentally fall into an above ground pool? And the parents thought other people were watching him?
He miraculously survives this drowning, and then the doctor messes up! Sounds like both the parents and doctor were at fault here.
Dr. Aryan Toosi. Sounds kinda “exotic”
Careless or deluberate?
What is the payrate for dead vs alive?
It was a 1 year old.
And if tye breathing and pulse are faint a non medical person might miss it. Maybe a doctor as well

I doubt he was either.
Someone else probably took his exams and no matter how much he screwed up in his residency, they weren’t going to do anything other than promote him up the line and give him his credentials.
I’m at the point where if I need to see a doctor other than my GP, I request a white American English-speaking doctor. There is a less chance of faked credentials that way. And no, that’s not racist, that’s just being safe.
deluberate?
Lol
It’s an Iranian surname, Muslim.
Note his first name. Persia changed its name to “Iran” (aryan) in solidarity with Hitler.
“ I’m at the point where if I need to see a doctor other than my GP, I request a white American English-speaking doctor.”
If you type in “is it racist to ask for black/indian/latino/muslim/asian whatever doctor in google, ChatGPT, or any of the other leftist biased AI systems, it will tell you “no that’s great”.
If you ask if it racist to ask for a white doctor, it practically reports you to the thought police and lecturers you on what a bigot you are.
There are several videos about this, but I did it myself.
thx
n early 2024, the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) invalidated the scores of 832 examinees, primarily international medical graduates (IMGs) from Nepal, India. A massive, highly organized cheating ring utilized messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram to distribute a leaked 1,000-page question bank referred to as “The Savior”.
The fraud was caught by the USMLE’s data forensics teams, who noticed highly irregular score patterns. The affected scores were canceled, and individuals were barred from matching into U.S. residency programs until they retook and passed verified exams.
Viral news reports have highlighted “fake degree factories” in countries like India that produce counterfeit transcripts and university seals. While these fraudulent documents are sometimes used to exploit standard employment visas like the H-1B, they face a severe bottleneck when applied to healthcare.
The Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) directly contacts the graduate’s international medical school to verify their diploma, transcripts, and clinical rotations.
• The USMLE Series: Candidates must pass multiple grueling, proctored examinations testing clinical knowledge and communication.
• Mandatory U.S. Residency: Even if a foreigner passes the exams, they generally cannot practice independently without completing a supervised, multi-year U.S. residency training program.
Federal agencies frequently prosecute U.S.-based doctors who fabricate medical records and disability waivers to help immigrants bypass mandatory English-language and civics tests for naturalization.
In the early 80s my older brother, his wife kids moved in with me and my husband as he was getting back on his feet after a job layoff and an eviction.
My brother was driving a delivery truck for a wholesale produce co., but the job offered no insurance.
My brother was having increasing bouts of nausia, vomiting, and abdominal pain sometimes radiating up to his chest. Despite his wife and my pleading for him to see a doctor, he refused.
Then just after midnight on a Friday night, his pain became unbearable, up in his chest, short of breath, sweaty, we thought he was having a heart attack so I drove him to the ER (he didn’t want to go by ambulance because of the cost).
The soon determined it was his gall batter and was serious. The on call surgeon saw him and told him he needed emergency surgery as his gall batter was very close to rupturing which would cause sepsis and worse, that he could die.
But my brother balked. Why? The doctor was Black and had a pronounced Caribbean accent and he asked for another surgeon (i.e. an older white guy), but none were available.
The Black doctor patiently explained the seriousness of the situation and my brother consented to the surgery - surgery that saved his life.
After surgery my brother called him the Un-Cola Doc because he looked and sounded like the guy in the 7-Up commercial and the doctor laughed. He also never sent my brother a bill after learning about his financial situation.
That doctor should be in prison. The police officer should have said NO to the doctor. Emergency situation gives the officer authority. The parents should have said NO as well.
“who ignored a patient’s pulse”
The stethoscope has been around for two centuries...
That guy was good. These days I double check a black doctor. I had an awful time with a black lawyer... a complete ripoff.
Thanks for the warning
