Jalen Hurts will miss the rest of the season after doctors discovered multiple blood clots in the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback's lungs, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Hurts will undergo treatment for the blood clots that will take at least three months, according to Rapoport.
Hurts' agent, Nicole Lynn, and the Eagles released a statement Monday detailing Hurts' medical status.

I had a couple of teeny tiny clots in my lungs. I was stunned at how they affected my breathing. I cannot imagine having to play football like that.
I ended up on blood thinners for a couple of years.

There is talk this could end his career. Hurts might want to talk to Aaron Rodgers about the NFL forcing players to get the Covid shot.

In the article, it says that they knew about clotting that had formed in his calf muscle.
It doesn’t say that they knew of pulmonary blood clots.
That said, the one is known to follow the other, so yeah, what the heck?

I had 2 clots in my left calf and I was taken straight from the exam room to a hospital room.
