This video features Donald Trump at a campaign rally in Wasilla, Alaska (Oct 13, 2026), where he announces and signs unconditional pardons for three individuals, including diesel mechanics Zachary Czubak and Patrick Fleming (0:40 - 0:56).
Key Highlights:
Pardoning Process: Trump calls the mechanics to the stage to receive their pardons, asserting that they were "wrongly charged" for fixing engines and allegedly violating the Clean Air Act (1:13 - 1:18, 2:18 - 2:20).
Criticism of Regulations: Throughout the event, Trump criticizes environmental regulations, characterizing them as "environmental crap" and arguing that the charges were an unjust response to mechanics modifying engines to improve efficiency (1:55 - 2:14, 5:31 - 5:38).
Campaign Rhetoric: The event also includes political appeals, with Trump encouraging the re-election of Dan Sullivan and Nick Begich (5:09 - 5:14) and contrasting his current economic narrative with the previous administration (5:45 - 6:07).
The mechanics, represented by Patrick Fleming on stage, express their gratitude for the support and mention the personal toll the legal situation had taken on their families and businesses (4:25 - 4:56).
Political Context: The rally included calls to support the re-election of Dan Sullivan and Nick Begich (5:09 - 5:14), along with broader criticisms of current environmental regulations and a contrast of economic conditions compared to the previous administration (5:45 - 6:07)

Think about it, you measure pollution at idle. Why? because you can get an easy measurement. How much of the time is the engine at idle? These measurements made the engine inefficient.
If only I could be in charge for six months. There would be so many people (mostly government officials) applying for passports it would clog the system. This is for YEARS of things I have observed, not to mention what could be dug up that they have caused.
I owned a 79 C10, 350 with a 4 barrel and manual transmission. In Arizona I resided in an area where vehicles were not emission tested. My job transferred me to RI and I was required to have my vehicle emission tested prior to being registered. Prior to leaving AZ I removed the single exhaust system including the catalytic converter that was clogged up and making my truck run terribly. I rebuilt the engine, tuned it with the timing more advanced than the manual recommended and installed dual exhaust. The truck ran better than new. It passed the emissions test in RI and again in New Mexico without any pollution controls on it. If I could do it, why can’t the big three automakers?

Washington State discontinued emissions testing back in 2020 after almost forty years, because, as a percentage, very few vehicles failed inspections. Which basically meant the emissions testing programs scammed vehicle owners out of tens, if not hundreds of millions of dollars in fees on vehicles that had no emissions issues.
Not we just add “climate change fees,” hidden from the taxpayers of course, in a boatload of taxes and fees . . .
I have a gas powered leaf blower. It is a 2 stroke and needs to have oil added to the ethanol free gas. There is a supposed spark arrestor on it. Leaf blower started running like garbage. The blower is from a highly respected company. I took it back to the dealer. The problem is the spark arrestor clogs up. The shop mechanic tore the spark arrestor off and the leaf blower worked fine. His parting words to me were,” don’t take it to California “. These regulations are just plain dumb in many cases.
Wasilla, home of the Mama Bear, the great Barracuda.
Iryna Zarutska was killed by Decarlos Dejuan Brown Jr. He had been arrested 14 times, each time released with no-cash bail. He has criminal charges dating back to 2007. He was sane enough to commit those crimes but was considered not competent to be tried.

After he stabbed her, and not one of those men on the train tried to stop him, it was reported he said “I got that white girl.” The FBI was trying to verify that on the audio tape.
Seems like this pardon is 19 months overdue…..
