I don’t know if I believe that a mental institute confirmed anything. that would violate hippa
Isn’t that pretty much what we said when Fetterman was running?
Yeah - that’s why it’s anonymous.
Stop defending these jackasses. You people float every BS rumor about Trump, Vance, Iran. This is way more solid a story than any of those. The guy disappeared for two weeks. What do you think he was doing? And don’t trot out the flu BS story. He could have posted multiple selfies, “hi, feeling terrible, hope to be back out campaigning soon.” He didn’t because they confiscated his cell when he checked in.
I don’t know if I believe that a mental institute confirmed anything. that would violate hippa”
This sounds like the “fake but accurate” Bush AWOL story . If it were true it would surely be on CBS news by now.
Good point. No way do they give that information out. I don’t like when we get into this hospitalization stuff. we had a freaking guy that was absent from Congress for four months and he’s a republican.
I had the same thought.
Like hippa matters anymore??? They have every record and gladly share it with anyone. B
The author of the X post stated that it was an unnamed employee of the hospital, not the hospital. Either way it definitely would be a violation of HIPAA unless the patient gave permission, which I suppose is unlikely.
Individuals are more likely than organizations to violate HIPAA but it happens both ways and more often than people think.
As yet there is no proof but I tend to believe it just because Talarico does seen kinda nuts.
Recording of an employee of the institution saying Talarico checked out.
(HIPAA)
Yea, that is not possible. No one is more scared of HIPPA than the nut farms.
I wondered this as well.
Agreed. If somebody blabbed, that’s very bad ethics. And a loss-of-career breach, to boot.
HIPAA
It would be a glaring HIPPA violation and who ever did it is a world class idiot.
Now Talarico can sue the pants off a whole bunch of people.
Brilliant. Giving a loon like him ammunition for a law suit.
That’s why I give this “story” a great deal of pause.
Because this kind of a confirmation would be a firestorm that would make Talarico look like a “victim.”
It is also possible this entire thing is a ruse to use as leverage to discount every credible issue with this guy’s veracity.
If you really dig into a conversation with Ai you get to are there any camera photos of talarico either in austin on off the plane or ohio on off the plane or in out of the linder center.
With all the adjacent buildings there has to be some camera that picked up what is needed, hard evidence.
I think its possible to get the camera evidence without all the govt. permission that Ai is copping out with.
A very small part of my Ai stuff below:
........................................
(my question to Ai below) Is AI good enough to determine whether or not cameras at either the austin or ohio air port got a picture of talarico or if the linderman center or the surrounds got a picture of him entering or leaving the center?
Assessed AI surveillance analysis capabilities The short answer: AI is technically capable, but the bottleneck isn't the AI — it's access to the footage.
What AI can do in 2026:
Facial recognition systems at airports operate at >99% accuracy under ideal conditions. The TSA runs facial comparison at 238 airports, and platforms like Genetec and Avigilon can search across entire camera networks for a specific face.
If you had a reference photo of Talarico and access to the raw video, off-the-shelf tools could identify him in seconds.
Why no one has done it:
Source Who controls it
How you'd get it
Austin (AUS) airport cameras TSA / Port Authority Subpoena or court order
Hamilton, OH (HSV) airport cameras Airport authority / FAA Subpoena or court order
Lindner Center cameras The facility (private) Subpoena, or voluntary release
Surrounding public cameras (Mason, OH) City / county Subpoena or FOIA request
Private jet manifest Aircraft owner / operator Subpoena or voluntary disclosure
None of these are publicly accessible. There's no "just run it through an AI" shortcut — you need the raw video first, and that requires legal process. No court order or subpoena has been filed in this case as of today.
What is already public:
ADS-B flight-tracking data (posted by Caroline Wren) shows a private jet from Austin to Hamilton, OH and back, timing aligned with Talarico's reappearance. But ADS-B tracks the aircraft, not the passengers.
The audio clip — the only "evidence" of a person, not a camera image.
Bottom line: The technology to identify Talarico in surveillance footage absolutely exists and is mature. What doesn't exist is anyone with both the footage and the legal authority to release it. Until a subpoena or court order is issued, the question of whether cameras "got a picture" remains unanswerable by any AI — because the AI has no video to analyze.
