What we desperately need is a return to a speedy execution for capital offenses. The woman in TN has been on death row for, what, 20 years? That’s a travesty of justice.
All I want to know is WHEN
My question is: Is he still a Major? My understanding is that a GCM conviction includes “forfeiture of all pay and allowances” along with a “reduction in rank to E1”
It’s remindful of Saddam’s trial. Deliberate and thorough. It gave winner’s justice the legs to stand on. This Hassan fella is no Sirhan Sirhan who is a hero to mid-easterners. My attention to this execution will be on the commentators and the amount of leftists out there that will go to bat for him.

I think that this story would have a more positive spin for Trump if the media would keep repeating that this is the first military execution since JFK hanged a soldier for rape.
I’m not seeing JFK mentioned anywhere and it is sounding like this is radical Trump doing what he does, by the way, JFK had the black man hanged (lynched).
It seems that hanging would be the appropriate way to execute Hasan.
It not a commonly known fact that all of our military rifles are lubricated with a derivative of lard (pig fat)

As part of the post-conviction process, military officials confirmed that he was forfeited of all military rank, formally dismissed from the Army, (dishonorably discharged) and stripped of all pay and allowances. At Leavenworth he is called inmate.

While I’m disappointed that he won’t be hanged, I’m grateful that he will be taking a long overdue dirt nap on Tuesday, 3 December.
As I have said before:
1) do it in front of a nearby mosque
2) use bullets dipped in bacon fat
3) make sure the coup-de-gras is messy
4) televise it
If any koranimal spectator yells ‘anyhoo snackbar’, drag it over and do it next.
I have a bottle of bacon scented gin oil. Perhaps I should send it to the commander of the fort.
