A TikTok couple was arrested Tuesday for allegedly setting an abandoned West Virginia home on fire, possibly causing more than $10,000 in damage to a nearby church.
Dakota Harper, 21, and Felicity Eatmon, 22, were each charged with first-degree arson and one count of conspiring to commit an offense that carries a potential life sentence, according to the Kanawha County Magistrate Court.
The pair is known for posting videos together on social media and have amassed 28,000 followers on TikTok.
A video showing Harper at his arraignment has since gone viral for highlighting his stature. According to court records, Harper stands at 3 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 43 pounds.
At the Kanawha County courtroom, Harper took a seat before an officer approached from behind and tucked his chair closer to the table, leaving his head barely above the desk.
Eatmon, who referred to herself as Harper’s fiancée in their social media videos, also appeared alongside him. She stands at 5 feet, 1 inch tall, records indicated.
According to WCHS-TV, the fire was reported at 11:15 p.m. Sunday in the West Side of Charleston.

Not a small fire. It destroyed the house and did damage to the church next door.

Took one look at the male, read 3’9”, read “West Virginia”, and (with apologies to our WV FReepers), I knew immediately why he looks the way he does.
What I don’t know is why the female is engaged to him. She looks relatively normal, next to him anyway. Oh wait, buzz haircut, huge pink framed glasses, West Virginia. Nevermind.
Hopefully she’s not knocked up.

Question. Gun manufacturers have beenn sued for years over what criminals do with their product long after legal manufacture and sale. I think this has sometimes included guns stolen by the criminal from lawful owners. No gun manufacturer involved. TikTok is actively involved in these crimes. Why hasn’t TikTok been sued into oblivion?
