Exactly. One can believe there is a historical basis for the story of Noah's Ark (as I do), but that doesn't mean this is it. If it is a manmade structure, at this point it could be a number of other things: a remote village, a military fort, a summer palace, a temple or monastery, etc. My mind is open, but I will wait for more conclusive evidence--which is far from being "a scoffer". It doesn't help the cause of Christ to be immediately credulous in these matters.
