I heard something about it being petrified, or well on its way. Since reaching its resting place, I don't think all that wood could've been excavated by people for use on housing, etc., if the ballast area and floors HAD SUNK DEEP INTO MUD shortly after the animals were removed.

It was once speculated that the ENTIRETY of the Great Pyramid of Giza was covered in some type of a flat stone finish but over time this covering had eroded or was LOOTED FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES. All that remains is a covering only at the TIP of the pyramid !!!! Interesting.

The Shroud of Turin is REAL, Noah's Ark is REAL. Now I await confirmation that the Ark of the Covenant is REALLY in that church in Ethiopia that is closely guarded 24/7.

All I’ve ever seen is stones.

Not speculation, it was covered in polished limestone in historical times and was written about by Pliny and guys like that.

What was interesting, the blocks were cut with such precision and fitted together so well, no seams were even visible. In fact, the entrance was made with a swinging hinged “door”, but no one knew the precise location of it.

That’s why the tomb robbers blasted a hole in the side, away from the actual entrance, the robber’s hole is the entrance still used today.
