The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases under Anthony Fauci funded deadly gain-of-function research on coronaviruses at the likely Chinese epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, SARS-COV-2 was apparently not the first deadly virus that created panic in the former NIAID director's office.
According to a journal entry obtained by Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and published by Just the News, Fauci privately expressed terror upon learning that his agency had supported a U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases experiment that took Ebola — a deadly virus with a case fatality rate ranging from 25% to 90% in recent outbreaks — and aerosolized it, thereby making it airborne.
Fauci appeared to be more concerned about what damning insights the killer form of Ebola provided into a relevant vaccine than about his agency's role in the production of an airborne plague.

There was a time when bioweapons were looked down on, because the outcome couldn't be predicted. Along with the unspoken promise that hell would ensue for anyone actually utilizing it.
The hubris that somehow some miracle vaccine just on the horizon would allow carte blanche development of such bioweapons is insane. Please note, this is GAIN OF FUNCTION, not taking a disease as is and finding a cure/prophylactic.
And Fauci? He was more concerned with hiding what was going on, rather than stopping it. No wonder he wanted that pardon so bad. This s**t is crimes against humanity level, imho.
As if aerosolizing any virus is a method to study it for a cure.

Given their screw ups, I’d be more inclined to go with KAOS rather than SPECTRE.
This is exactly what USAMRIID is supposed to be doing... their work is classified and should be. Likely they are trying to develop effective vaccines in case our enemies create a weapon like this to use against us. The only issue is Fauci is as usual looking at the perception of public awareness that vaccines can’t protect you and may lead to worse outcomes.
He may be eating caviar tonight, but I would bet you that the only places on the planet where he would feel safe eating that caviar is at his own home or at Bill Gates’ place.
You develop horrible weapons like this so that an enemy that is also doing the same does not get an advantage. The Nazis did use wide scale chemical weapons because they believed the United States had plenty of the same ready to go.

Said chamber to be full of biting sandflies (same as he subjected the beagle puppies to) and sprayed with aerosols of ebola and covid. Taking bets as to his survival time.
