Trump plays by his own rules and rightly so. We're seeing in nearly real time what it means to be an American President and Commander-in-Chief. That's almost unheard of anymore. There is an old American saying from the American Revolution that seems to fit and it's this--"Providence favors our undertaking (Annuit cœptis)."
People who don't trust Trump or take him seriously are missing the boat, and that ship will soon set sail not for a fundamentally changed America, but for the better days that lie ahead.
