Reporters for CNN, MS NOW and Politico were blocked from entering the White House complex Thursday morning, hours after a DC federal judge ruled President Trump’s ban on the three media outlets was likely unconstitutional.
In an eight-page order, US District Judge Tim Kelly told administration officials to immediately return reporters’ press passes that were confiscated Saturday and blocked enforcement of Trump’s ban for 14 days.
However, an unidentified Politico journalist, CNN correspondent Betsy Klein and MS NOW reporter Laura Barrón-López were denied entry after presenting themselves at a Secret Service checkpoint.

President Trump can refuse some media who always harass the president or lie about him.
This is response with what happened NYT. In their case, the stock holders filed charges against the Old Gray Lady, the management of that slime rag will be fired or punished.
The Stock holders are the rule, they can do whatever they want.
President Donald Trump can do whatever he wants in the White House. He does not even have to allow any of them if he likes.
We are not a Juristocracy, although the Judges think we are.

My thought,too. The fact that a pass is required inherently means not everyone gets to enter. I don’t have a pass. Are my first amendment rights being violated? Is CNN “more equal” than me?
Right, and even if they are forced to allow them in, President Trump could do a Biden and simply stop giving press conferences in the White House, and instead do exclusive interviews with networks that report the truth.
It’s not their political opposition that got them banned. It’s the fact that they lie about everything. President Trump should not have to invite wholesale liars into his White House.
They literally report the exact opposite of the truth 100/% of the time, and choose what to report based on what they think will damage him politically, not based on legitimate differences.
The proof of this, which is obvious to anyone truly listening, is that they all use the same catch phrases and catch words - obviously scripted by some DNC operative.
