The first train to connect China and Iran arrived in Tehran on Monday loaded with Chinese goods, reviving the ancient Silk Road, the Iranian railway company said.

What is interesting is that this railway link was established back in 2016, so why are they flying drone parts and missile components to Tehran instead of simply shipping them by rail?
Has the rail line been destroyed or is the rail line no longer secure and they have a fear the dual use parts could be stolen by thieves or captured by opponents of the Iranian regime?
