The well-known journalist from Capiate Julio Jara did not hold anything back and told the story of the image that left everyone with their mouths open in the middle of lunch.
"The photos are real. I have the original photos," the interviewee began by telling Crónica, assuring that the capture is not an invention or joke. The mysterious postcard was taken on Saturday afternoon by her friend's mother, a respected retired lady from the center of Capiatá.
"Because there was a contrast between the dark clouds and the sky, the image was very spectacular... that's why the lady captured the photo," Julio revealed. As they looked carefully at the image and passed it to the family group, everyone jumped out of their chairs when they discovered a strange saucer-shaped object floating in the sky.
To get rid of the doubt, they finely zoomed in on the mysterious spacecraft: "They put the photo in AI so that it returns the resolution better to see the object well."
The unusual discovery became the main topic of conversation during a celebration at the traditional Club 2 de Febrero in Capiatá.
"It was a surprise to really see that object in the clouds... At the table everyone was surprised and we all believed it was real," he confessed with a laugh. Julio clarified that the witnesses of this phenomenon are not assholes or people who are playing with jokes in bad taste to attract attention on the networks.
"The lady is retired, her husband is a retired soldier, they are very important people here in the city... It wasn't some stupid asshole who wanted to make a joke," he said.

There is no airfield listed in Capiatá itself; the nearest airport is Silvio Pettirossi International Airport in Asunción, about 14.6–16.05 km away.

You meant a B-2 bomber perhaps?
If you zoom in close on the first photo towards the left but still the cloud area, you’ll see fuzz that is in the lense. That could be a drop of rain on it where the supposed ufo is. For the record I believe in them and have witnessed something I couldn’t explain in the skies.
With digital photographs, you can never entirely rule out the possibility it was a digital artifact.
The B-2 is a kind of “flying wing” aircraft, so I know that it’s wing is not retractable. It’s not a “variable geometry” wing. The B-1 can have it’s wings fully retracted to the point that it becomes a delta wing, like an F-106 or F-102.
