NGOs shjoulld be outlawed, because they are nothing more than vehicles that take a percentage to pass the money through to different people. In other words, they are nothing more than enablers of to steal Alerican taxpayers money and hide that theft as having ever occurred, because there is zero accountability for the NGOs.
