Finnish, according to J. R. R. Tolkien, the writer of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, who actually wrote those books to fill out the languages he had invented. Yup. He was a WWI officer veteran and became a Professor of Languages at Cambridge. He was a devote Christian and best friends with another famous Christian professor, C.S. Lewis, who wrote the Narnia Chronicles, The Screwtape Letters, and Out of the Silent Planet series.
Anyways, he built his entire language structure, Sindarin, the language of elves, on Finnish, which he reckoned to be the most pleasant and beautiful spoken language. He wrote full languages for the dwarves, Númenóreans (men), and the dark language of Mordor, spoken by orcs.
