2. Palestinia was never a state, and residents and were essentally squatters on land given to Israel by God, and the Hebrews lost it as warneds, due to persistent disobefences. And just why would (a complacent) Israel need to be watching cameras for an attack? If HAMAS and its predecessors actually wanted peace they easily could had peaceful coexistence (of course, if the Jews had not persistently backslid, despite the warnings of God's chastisement and impending expulsion spanning roughly 300 years then they would not have lost their land and suffer chastisement from the wicked, which is God's "sword" [Psalms 17:13], and today only a minority of Israel are devout Jews, while most still reject their Messiah).
