‘...because of hormones’ is an incredible and deceitful simplification of the case and trial. The jury listened to 80+ witnesses and simply did not feel that the prosecution proved its case.
(I wonder if this author actually watched the lousy performance of the two female lawyers for the prosecution.)

clips I have seen of them questioning witnesses seemed ok, seemed to ask decent questions about matters involved. if you mean the didnt seem polished, I’d rather they focus on important matters and ignore the people who just want to find fault.
Given the comments of the one juror about the holdout--"He just couldn't get over the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children"--I'd say the prosecution proved it's case quite well.
This is a case of activism, not justice.
