The holdout juror who caused Lindsay Clancy’s mistrial has a history of alleged domestic violence such as grabbing his wife by the throat and punching his nephew, according to a report.
The still-unnamed juror, only described as a black man in his 30s, faced a criminal charge in September 2021 for allegedly assaulting his wife, NBC10 Boston reported.
A 13-year-old nephew of the man called 911, stating that his uncle grabbed his wife by the throat and threw her into a dresser, according to a police report obtained by the outlet.
The juror’s own mom repeatedly screamed, “You’re evil!” as he was cuffed during the incident, the report said.
The juror recently ended up singlehandedly thwarting a verdict in Clancy’s sensational trial by refusing to agree with the 11 other jurors who found her not guilty by reason of temporary insanity after she fatally strangled her three young children in the family’s Duxbury, Mass., home.
A juror questionnaire in Massachusetts asks whether someone has been arrested, charged with a crime, or been served with a court order — all boxes that the holdout juror should have checked.

Ok boys…time to make the hold outs life miserable
Some of us do.
I've been waiting for something like this to show up, as I knew it would.
So ALL the other jurors are squeakiny clean????
And the life histories of the other jurors?
Is there even any logic to this?
How is he a villain with regard to his vote on the jury?
It sounds like Massachusetts does not send its best to the jury box. But, wouldn’t that kind of background be something that would be brought out during jury selection? Maybe the defense lawyers should add that to the list of questions they ask.
Only a matter of time before his name is “accidentally” made public.
“A juror questionnaire in Massachusetts asks whether someone has been arrested, charged with a crime, or been served with a court order — all boxes that the holdout juror should have checked.”
The whole point of the story is to suggest he shouldn’t have even been in the jurt in the first place so the mistrial is bogus.
Maybe it was his hormones
“So ALL the other jurors are squeakiny clean????”
100% doubtful. Those three harpies who’ve enjoyed the limelight by making sure to be front-and-center are shameful!
“Maybe it was his hormones”
Or maybe an allegation by an ex in a divorce process to deny him custody of children.
Well, if true, he just made atonement for all that.
“alleged domestic violence such as grabbing his wife by the throat and punching his nephew, according to a report.”
Well it’s not like he killed her or anything.
He was experiencing manopause.
[The whole point of the story is to suggest he shouldn’t have even been in the jurt in the first place so the mistrial is bogus.]
The result of this discovery after the fact would also be a mistrial, but I bet Clancy’s supporters think it means his vote is invalid, so she is acquitted.
Actually, I wonder if her defense lawyer knew of this, but figured he would be a “not guilty” vote, so did not object to his being on the jury.
The womyn are tying themselves in knots today trying to reconcile how another victim isn’t siding with them against the white patriarchy oppressors.
… if we do say so ourselves.
The trashing has begun, from the traitor NY Post.

It also sends a message to future jurors.
Vote the woke way, or face the consequences.
