But The Telegraph can reveal that this platform is how China’s security apparatus can track foreigners and anyone deemed “of interest” to the state within the country.

China tracks everybody. That is why I will not own a Chinese manufactured phone. It tracks everybody to create metadata.
For the record, I would never have said this before in my life, but when people are trying to destroy your way of life they have declared themselves as enemies. We were good enough as a nation to reach out to Communist China, bring them into the world economic community, and give them most favored nation status. In return for that they have given us surveillance, theft of our technology, support of our enemies, subsidization of their national industries to take over our manufacturing, and Covid. That's just for starters.
They are our enemy. Clear and simple. They are the biggest threat we face in the world at this point.

The thing was, IT WAS ACCEPTED. The cameras had been around, in large numbers, for several years (at least I’ve been bitching about them that long, here and elsewhere). It was only when the Left latched on to them regarding immigration enforcement that it became ‘an issue’.
Our side is PATHETIC. I don’t know how many people read my postings, but it has to number well into the hundreds, but there was NEVER any response to me pointing out and explaining Flock Cameras - I guess the Left (i.e., the media) determines what issues we should worry about, EVEN HERE.
