This wouldn’t happen if people still went to church in big numbers.
Repair and maintenance on church buildings and church grounds can be quite expensive.
If the number of members of the congregation dwindles, congregations have to make tough decisions about how to proceed.
Seems the real estate groups, cities, and businesses have no moral problem selling off land to the enemy (Islam). A glaring problem with capitalism.
By noon on 9/12/01 all noncitizen Muslims should have been in process of deportation, all citizen Muslims under surveillance, the Kaaba vaporized and Mecca a smoking radioactive ruin.
It’s not too late to correct that.
Can a church refuse to sell a property to Muslims? Serious question. Suppose a Muslim group has the highest bid?
I’ve heard there are issues with zoning, too, in some places. So you can have a property that is zoned for religious purposes. Realistically only other religious organizations will seek to buy such properties.
Or to look at another way, how many people would buy a property, to convert a church into another usage, and hope to build something else there. If rezoning goes through.
This is just what I’ve heard. I’m hardly an expert on the subject. Anyone who knows better about fiduciary responsibilities of selling properties to the highest bidder or zoning involved with churches for religious purposes, please educate us.

in England, more people attended mosques
than Christian Churches.
Dave’s point fell on deaf ears of course.

Churches spend too much on buildings and music. I visited a church one Sunday and they were in the middle of building a gym. The deacons and elders were scheduling meetings with the members to ratchet up the donations to pay for the new gym. They didn’t need the gym. I was moving from a church that built an auditorium for 2,500 when the largest attendance they ever had was 600. They had went through the process of scheduling meetings with the members as well.
Sunday school this last Sunday at the church I am attending just started covering Romans. First lesson was Chapter 1, versus 1-25. Lesson 2 starts with Chapter 2. I guess Chapter 1, verses 26-32 were too uncomfortable because they covered gays. BTW, this is a Southern Baptist church and it was the Baptist lesson plan.
At times, I feel like I need to join a church of one.

Start a home church. Come out of the corrupt mega churches. All you’re doing is paying hireling pensions and buildings.
Hitler ordered synagogues to be taken by the government.
Most were converted to “parking garages or public toilets” according to The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich. Many were burned down. In German Jewish life much was centered around the synagogues and services and observances there, as the religious German Christians with churches. Baptisms, weddings, celebrations, funerals and worship. Hitler staged priests and nuns being framed for stealing and other crimes with the “captive press” showing lurid stories the people believed.
Enemies know taking these away is important in a takeover.
I’m not sure it’s legal to refuse to sell to a group due to religion.
I’ve donated land to charities before. The deed says it reverts to me or my descendants if it ceases to be used for [XYZ charity].
Proactive approaches like that are the only way to stop it.
Churches need to put in springing assignments to that effect on their deeds. Grant a right of ownership to [XYX] if ever ceased to be used for [current church or similar denominations].
The gangsters who shill for the cult of Islam should lose their tax-free status, and face RICO charges for underwriting the violence of their enforcers.
And vacations disguised as mission trips. You can walk a mile from any church and find people in need of help and the Word. No need to go to a tropical country and sit on teh beach half the time.
