Next season of ABC’s late-night show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” will be the last, Page Six is told.
“His contract is not getting extended,” a source familiar with the situation explained.
The season begins Tuesday and would wrap up, after 24 years on the air, in May 2027.
A spokesperson for ABC Entertainment told us, “[This] information is inaccurate — any reports about the future of the show at this point are purely speculative.”
Kimmel takes pride in signing year-to-year deals, which are rare in the TV biz and allow him unusual flexibility.
The news comes on the heels of Rosie O’Donnell completing a four-night guest-hosting run on his show that was a ratings success.

I’m old enuff to remember when everyone one watched late nite. Jack Parr, Carson, etc. Then just like that, it was only for commies.
Good riddance!
And before that, he did the Man Show.
He and Adam Corolla were great in The Man Show.
Alas, when he tried to discuss politics, he bombed.
24 years too late
Our long national nightmare will soon be over.............
24 years of drivel is a lot of drivel.
I will feel a great sense of accomplishment when his show ends, and I have never watched a single episode.
Who is he??
That’s about 22 years beyond what he ever merited.
Just bring back the late night movies.
Can’t do that on a show nowadays.
Aww Gee! Just when it was getting good.
Adam Carolla was the talent then, and still has an excellent podcast. The language is a little rough for some, but I find the content worth it.
Who gets fired effective next year?
