I used to think this guy was a good Defense Lawyer. With this request for a Pardon, I have changed my mind. His client murdered 3 children and he wants a Pardon? Give me a break!
I get vigorously defending your client but what this jackass did during and especially after it was declared a mistrial were sanctionable actions IMO.
At the post trial press conference he did everything he could to disparage the one juror who disented from the other 11 and did everything he could to identify who he was stopping just short of saying the man’s name.
He’s a despicable individual as far as I’m concerned.
