Homeland asks DOJ to probe transfer of private state voter data to Zuckerberg-tied nonprofit

he Justice Department is being asked to investigate whether sensitive state voter data — including Social Security and driver's license numbers — was transferred to a nonprofit tied to Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in violation of federal privacy laws, according to a letter from Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin released Friday by the White House.

The Department of Homeland Security first brought its concerns to the Justice Department in September 2025, Secretary Mullin wrote to Attorney General Todd Blanche in a letter dated Wednesday. It is unclear what the Justice Department did with the original information.

The new letter sent this week outlines what the agency believes is a possible violation of the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act by the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a nonprofit organization that helps states maintain the integrity of their voter rolls.

Twenty-seven states and the District of Columbia are members of ERIC, which Mullin's letter stated contests that it did anything wrong.

I post this article to express several things. 1. The Democrats lying that they 'want to protect voter information so they are against the Save Act'. They could care less about protecting any Citizens information. They use information to further their agenda, even when they shouldn't have it. 2. The reality of how many different ways an election can be rigged and the ballots box stuffed. The 1965 Voters right act should protect against this, but obviously it does not. 3. We are still in the 'discovery' phase of the 2020 election, 6 years out. Just like the Covid-19 discovery phase is in progress.

The Constitution requires the census to count every person.

The census could be every four years, or even two years.

The census could track people by a number of means.

That’s why the Chinese had 210 million voters names and signatures in 2020. The states ‘shared’ data with NGO’s (taxpayer funded non-accountable organizations) who used the data-—for unknown and potentially nefarious reasons. We have a serious election security problem, even if you don’t like Trump, the reality is unmistakable.

My neighbor to the west moved down here with her family in the 1950s.

Her uncle wanted to open a grocery store and needed to have the lot cleared.

Numerous huge rattlesnakes slithered off to safety.

I think the last rattlesnake in my subdivision was killed in the late 1960s. A neighbor to the northwest had a copperhead in the 1990s.

My neighbors to the south have a huge, non-poisonous, black snake living on their property. The black racers are the most numerous snakes nowadays as they are the snakes best able to avoid being run over by cars.

Corn snakes are the next most common. They normally emerge at sundown. They are great climbers and like to live in the tops of palm trees. Palm tree trimmers encounter quite a number of them.

that should have the names of your parents, their reference number, and possibility citizenship status at your birth (but would be redundant in your record as the reference is all you need... but i'm being a data geek here)
