You have to take Turley with a grain of salt. He says a lot of things with certainty that are going to happen that don’t. A lot of oh boy this is great finally and then it does not actually pan out.

This insane pattern of the Party in power loosing control of Congress in the mid-terms has to stop. There is NO logical rationale to it.
I'd say that it's fraud-driven but that wouldn't explain how Republicans benefit from it too.
