I like it. I don’t think it has anything to do with trains on my part, but if it lets a person watch the comings and goings of the world, I think people in general like that.
The appeal reaches in both focused and wide-ranging ways. Once this concept is exercised, diners will experience something largely unheard of these days: great food in peace, and historic detail entertainment both live and in miniature.
The jazz lounge downstairs, and the Creosote Lounge for cigars and whiskey would be an epicure’s dream come true.
