I may have chosen the wrong word there. I ran a small record label. It’s market and appeal were limited, somewhat eccentric, and subjective. A greeting card company addressing 150+ different types of jobs, local attractions, etc., but people don’t use postage stamps much any more, or write by hand.
The railroads tracks that pass by the concept have been busy for over 100 years and aren’t going anywhere. Dining hospitality has been a business for even longer. Neither is tailored toward a particular demographic or outlook on life.
