Of course they are. People who want an abortion or recreational marijuana are obviously simply going to go to a state where it’s legal. Did ANYONE think otherwise? Really?
At least Massachusetts will have Ballot Question 8 in the November main election, which calls for the end of commercial sales (only) of marijuana.
