I doubt any lawsuit would go anywhere. It's being built at a U.S. Army base.

What it will accomplish is lining the pockets of dim contributors and fleecing NY taxpayers.

Two things you need to realize… 1. This is a micro reactor… I.e. a very small reactor that will not be lighting up any cities. 2. The entire project is a federal project conducted on a federal US Army base. How much that impacts the anti nuke commies I don’t know, but it will make their interference more difficult.

BTW… this is just one of five mini reactors the Army is purchasing from different suppliers.
