"Appellant and some amici argue that the woman's right is absolute and that she is entitled to terminate her pregnancy at whatever time, in whatever way, and for whatever reason she alone chooses. With this we do not agree." — Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973)
Since the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe, in Dobbs vs. Jackson Women's Health Organization, 597 U.S. 215 (2022), there has been much discussion about "codifying Roe" in state law.
But the Prioritizing Patient Access to Care Act, signed by Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey on Aug. 12, goes far beyond what the Supreme Court actually decided in 1973.
This distinction matters.
Technically and on paper, Roe did not establish an unlimited right to abortion throughout pregnancy. Quite the opposite.
The Court expressly rejected the argument that a woman's right was absolute.
It saw abortion as a medical decision, with the physician playing a central role.
It held that, after viability, a state could regulate — and even prohibit — abortion when necessary to protect potential human life, subject to an exception for the life or health of the mother.

Abortion right up to the moment of birth. I know some people can fool themselves into thinking that they don’t have a baby inside of them in early terms but in the last term, that is most definitely a human baby. There is no difference between having the baby and killing it and killing it before it comes out. No, I take that back. Having the baby and killing it usually would be more humane than ripping it apart in the womb. These women who have late term abortions should be forced to watch the video of the baby being killed.
Trying to open the door????? That door is already open with murders up to birth walking through.
Bioethicist Peter Singer doubles down on controversial infanticide stance

This is not just some crazy guy with an opinion. He was the head of Princeton's "bioethics" program.
Which is to say, his views are those of a faction of the ruling class, and considered "respectable".

DemonRATS!!! The Party of Death!!!
43% of all abortions are by black women. That is for a demographic that is only 7.5% of the population. The Democrats are carrying out Margaret Sanger’s racist vision to a T - yet black women vote for them over 90% of the time. Astonishing.

That’s because most of those black women are ignorant of who Sanger was and what she and the Democrats represent. They only know what they’ve been told by other ignorant blacks and by Democrats. They only know the lies, never the truth.
I THINK they want to abort AFTER birth. Maybe mother’s ought to be able to ABORT until their CHILDREN DIE. THAT means until those wanting infanticide for their babies we can abort them til the day THEY die. 60, 70, 80 as long as the mother is alive she can ABORT her child. We could get rid of alot of these nuts. You want to abort YOUR child. You mom can ABORT you. Sounds fair to me.
Abort Democrats at any age.
