He referenced Federalist 70, on the characteristics of a singular executive.
Lower ankle-biting federal courts have established themselves with the power to “pre clear” executive decisions by PDJT, which is an authority nowhere in the Constitution.
Scotus must step in.
What these courts reminds me of is the Council of Revision in Madison’s Virginia Plan, which of course, was soon removed from consideration.
